I found the following:

https://alison.com/courses/communications These are communications courses, but some can be used to better understand social skills. For instance, they have classes on nonverbal communication and perception, group work, persuasion, business etiquette, working and living with difficult people, and how to network.

https://www.additudemag.com/slideshows/educational-apps-for-kids-with-adhd-social-skills/ ADDitude magazine has a list of educational apps for kids for social skills. Many of these seem very useful for adults as well as kids.

http://autismteachingstrategies.com/free-social-skills-downloads-2/ This link has a series of free downloadable activities to improve social skills.

https://www.mindtools.com/pages/main/communication_skills.htm Finally, Mind Tools (a VERY useful website I've used many times in the past) has a toolkit for communication skills as well as many other productivity, mental health, and other self-improvement toolkits.

I hope this is helpful.

Guess best for improving social skills is to learn to read people and to learn the way their mind works. Many people tell you a lot but nearly all suck if it comes to this. But in the end you have to deal with others and with more situations than anybody can teach you how to deal with them.

You have to realize the way that you are, the way that others are, the intentions of others and the way that others may get you and how they behave in case of special happenings.

What is the kind of social situation you are hoping to prepare for?
