The other thing that scares me is for example last night I woke up with a anxiety attack or either acid reflux where I couldn't get my breath, is it due to stress building up? I always wondered if due to the neurological difference and setup we can have issues ''upstairs'' at times since the Brain is a organ, the same way some people have issues with their heart, kidneys or lungs?

I believe many people, especially when they're children, have "night terrors."

I used to have night terrors all the time. I now have them once in a while. I've just recently had one three nights ago. I kept my eyes closed and I moved my toes and fingers slowly.
