Yes, I have four stress disorders - CPTSD, GAD, Agoraphobia, and Panic Disorder. Not to mention Scopophobia.

I'm so accustomed to feeling anxious, I forget it's not normal.

I'm sorry to hear that. Have you tried sensory items? I do a whole protocol of elimination and reintroduction when I'm really stressed. Right now I'm sniffing PlayDoh and brushing my legs with a Wilbarger brush. :P

I've actually used that tea! It works great, especially the kind with valerian root in it.

Diagnosed Generalized anxiety disorder, yes

However you can't measure the size of everything and some things that appear trivial later turn out significant, and vice versa

Sometimes I try to ignore something and ignoring it makes it more substantial

I just can't keep up with the lil drama queens (and kings)

Vocal cord damage

Adrenal fatigue

Most definitely! I try to not to let it get to me but there are some days where I freakout! These days I’m able to better control my meltdowns when I have anxiety however, I know where my safe spaces are so when I do have anxiety troubles I can go there. Plus it pays to have someone you trust that you can talk or vent to when you need it.

My NT sister and I both have Generalized Anxiety Disorder.

Our mom has been denying it ever since.
