I was wondering is it just being a sensitive person or on the Spectrum? I scared myself during and after a sort of argument well through text. I was confused if we are prone to ''cry easy'' or stress hormones and emotions are ''released'' quickly? I was ok at work felt my eyes ''fill up'' but ''held it back'' until I got home, the argument or disagreement was with a female friend on where our relationship or friendship is. I know everyone has problems but I noticed in work a lot of people seem more relaxed or fit in better with one another, and I am usually grappling with my emotions

I get upset easily and have strong emotions that I can't just let go of, sometimes ever. I don't know if it's an ASD thing but I suspect it is.

I found that I had to be alone, and being exposed to people for long periods of time made me uneasy. I stay away from warm rooms in the winter just to get away from people.

For the life of me I cannot fundamentally understand social behavior.

No need to beat the air

I tend to be pretty emotional, sometimes crying over nothing at all, and I've had lots of meltdowns over the years. I always feel bad about them afterwards.

I need to stay away from other humans. I go all weird, clumsy and can't function. It is like they drain all my super powers (like what kryptonite does to Superman)

If I'm doing something like a hobby/work etc. I must be able to do it alone or I can't concentrate.

I am very prone to cry at the drop of a hat. I am very emotional and sensitive. And I pick up on other peoples emotions and actually have a physical reaction as well (if they are crying, I begin to cry because I can feel their pain). And it hits hard. I have no control. I have been reading and it has been consistent in all the texts that this is related to ASD.
