I can't...I have to crush them, I can't swallow overly large capsules either.

I first noticed problems following a chest infection. Every now and again I have some kind of reaction in my throat which swells up and then I have this issue.

It might be caused in part by stress. In my case it seems to be at least partly physical stress from overexercising.

Same. 9 tablets in one go is the record.
Taking tablets drinking through a straw may make it easier for those having trouble

I used to have enormous difficulties swallowing pills. I finally gave in about 20 years ago and started practicing with low dose vitamin c tables. After a few days I could swallow one. Then two. It got to where I could swallow about 5 at a time.

Eventually, I was able to swallow two tylenol lozenges at one time without drinking anything.

I don't generally have much problems now, but the "Super Complex" supplement I got that contains Vitamin C and a number of B vitamins is pretty large and gives me some issues.

I have trouble with "horse pills."

Otherwise, I've gotten pretty good at taking most pills.

I used to have problems when I was younger, though.

Dead thread!
I used to be unable to swallow them for years and years. Then when I got sick I was on all sorts of slow release painkillers so could not crush or dissolve them, because obviously I'd get the full dose at once and then nothing.
So I learned how to do it. Thankfully, after I recovered I'm still able to swallow the pills I do take occasionally - makes things much easier. I'd say everyone has a problem with those "horse pills" though, some pill sizes are just unreasonable.

With water I can swallow most, except for huge ones like vitamins - I have to get chewable versions of those. I can even swallow small pills without water.

I could with any sizes. As long as there's water.
If I have to take multiple, I had to do it one by one, no matter what size.

I can, but then they tend to form a lump half way down to my stomach and annoy me for quite a while.

If I know I'm going to have to do it without water, I let lots of saliva accumulate in my mouth before swallowing the pill. This helps quite a bit, but still isn't a guarantee that it won't annoy me.

Should I vote yes or no?

No I can’t, and I can confirm this is an aspie trait based on personal experience and what I’ve read. It causes a lot of problems for me!
