Is having history of watching too much porn the related to Paraphilic Disorders, sexual delusions and problems with social emotional reciprocity? I struggled with those three problems when I have history of watching too much porn. I also have Autism Spectrum Disorder.

I used it for a while, then, when I gave it up my brain rewired itself. I cant say one state was better than another. The state without porn was maybe better, not looking at women in so much of a sexual way.

If porn is your thing, sit back and enjoy it and don't worry about what "Experts" think about porn watching.

Agree. As long as you aren't being a creep to others and its not adversely affecting your own life, do what works for you. Go Libertarianism!
