Even though, I developed social skills I still meet diagnostic criteria A for ASD, in the context of social-emotional reciprocity. I now know how to read complex social cues, but how do I have a normal conversation with others? I am an adult, and still don't know this.

Teasing: with other ASD folks (exchange information as desired in time and subject), or other NT folks (say anything in 2 second intervals then match the intervals and subject matter to theirs)?

That is not being rude, that is what is actually suffer from, but it's so mild that even neurotypicals don't notice, then just assume that I am having a normal conversation with then, when all I did is make my restricted interests more socially acceptable. I lie to them into thinking that I am normal, when I am actually showing symptoms of ASD, but mask it.
