What are more society acceptable way to show repetitive behaviors if I need the argue to stimulate myself?

Because when I show abnormal and intense repetitive behaviors to deal with stress and motor issues on my hands, my classmate who is also in special education, kept asking if I was okay, and I was about to tell him that I have Autism Spectrum Disorder, and tell him to f**k and go away.

What should I have done so that situation doesn't happen again?

The Greeks used to use "worry beads". If you try something like this and others think it strange, you can say, "It helps me stop smoking".

Maybe transfer the energy to your feet? I repeatedly curl my toes. Sometimes it's very fast that if someone were able to see inside my shoe they'd think my toes/upper foot had a motor. Flap a foot? Tap it?

Open and close a fist? If anyone asks say you're building strength for your boxing lessons.

Carry a toothpick in your mouth.

That big tough Black cop in Hill Street Blues always had a tooth pick in his mouth.

And use to pick your teeth! Will make your dentist happy.
