Sorry it has taken me so long to reply...it's the procrastnation thing. :wink: Anyways, thanks for the warm welcome everybody. TheMachine1 - I have done some reading on the inattentive ADD, and it seems to fit me very good as well.
But I guess, I won't truly know until I go see the Doc...even then maybe not. :wink:


Also, I read somewhere else on this site that AS and ADD can co-exist. Is this possible?

hi jason and welcome i am myself new here as well after only being dignosed last year with aspergers but up till then i was told i only had depression due to my negitive moods all the time but i now with aspergers and depression i now know why i behave the way i do

Yes, it is, as well as your other garden-variety mental disorders. There are many people, myself included, with ADD and AS. More common, though, is depression and anxiety, so I'd do a little reading on that before you see the doctor. Having AS makes you more susceptible to depression, for some reason. Not that I suspect depression, far from that, but if you are an aspie, it's best to know the warning signs of depression so you can tell when it's coming.
