Extreme methods like rapid body spins while doing hand stims aren’t enough I need more powerful methods
I need a stim arms race
I need the tsar bomba of stimming
Ideas wanted

Pump iron. Or ride an excercise bike for miles. Or just dig ditches outdoors.
