Been a while since I was on this forum, just thought I'd ask to see if anyone has tried Lions Mane before for autism or ADHD?

Does it actually improve your focus?

I've been trying it now for 3 days, ordered the time ones off amazon in the capsules.

I do feel a bit more focused but not that much, I'm starting to wonder if it's just BS and a placebo effect.
The main one for me has always been coffee, mitigates the distractions.

I'm waiting to get my ADHD diagnosed and want to just take the elvanse tablets but currently in the UK our NHS is like broken and you have to wait years for a diagnosis otherwise you go private which is why I'm looking for alternatives for now while being on a list. If anyone can recommend anything please let me know for the mean time.

Thanks
