I'd like to hear from people who have personally had positive results with enzymes. There are plenty of testimonies from parents of young children who put them on enyzmes but I'd like to hear from your personal experience. I have just started learning about this so the whole enzyme thing is still new to me, but gives me some hope. Also looking into the whole gluten-free diet too.
