I feel your pain... on a very frequent basis myself actually. I've had at least 9 concussions that I know of, the first being when I was 2 years old and fell out of a grocery buggy and landed on my head. The most recent was a month ago when I was cleaning out the closet and a bulletin board fell off the top shelf and hit me right on the bridge of my nose lol. At least it didn't break my nose, but I did see stars. Otherwise, I am whacking my noggin all the time. At any given time I usually have at least one knot up there, if not two or three. Makes perfect sense that I would shave my head, lol.

2 days ago I broke a bone in my hand while attempting the daunting task of opening a door! Super-clumsy :) I've had 4 other broken bones, 5 concussions, countless sprains, and I always have a selection of cuts and bruises.

My knee is permanantly damaged

I've had so many head injuries, it's a wonder I'm not braindead.

I don't think I've ever broken anything, but I hurt one of my pinkies really bad once and it healed crooked.

Anybody else accident prone?

Well, when anyone hurt themselves spectacularly in my family, my name was/is used in vain to describe the accident, if that answers your question  . Mom always said that I did everything well, including hurt myself. I have broken my arm, my leg, fallen down stairs with said broken leg - just walking on level ground I have tripped and landed hard a few times (my hands are still scuffed and my knees still bruised from a fall a couple of weeks ago). I wasn't allowed to use glassware at home growing up, I got the plastic tumblers (I was constantly dropping plates and glasses, etc and breaking them). I am usually a lucky clutz, by the grace of whatever deity watches over me, I seem to have a lot of narrow escapes - sometimes my luck runs out though, sigh.

I often get told that i act like an 80 year old woman. Im extremely carefull not to trip etc. Or i try to be. Still i seem to trip over things more than most people. The only serious injury ive ever had was falling off a swingset in kindergarden. It went alright though.

I'm a complete couch potato, so chances of hurting myself are small. Still, I do tend to bump into furniture or half-open doors, and I must take special care not to break stuff. I've developed a particular way of holding tumblers - I slip my pinky under the bottom of the glass so that it can't slip out of my hand no matter what.

One time at a party, I was stumbling about and someone said "You can't be that drunk, you've hardly had anything to drink!" and I said "Oh, I'm not drunk, I'm just naturally clumsy."

Never been seriously hurt. I think I'm cautious but clumsy, so that I get a lot of minor injuries but have never had anything major, except for a concussion during an automobile accident--I wasn't the driver and couldn't ahve helped it.

... Sprained my ankle on Friday jogging to my bus stop to go to school, walked on it all day, walked on it Saturday, went to the hospital Sunday, after 3 1/2 hours found out sprained ankle; pulled leg muscle; pulled tendon in my foot.

answer to the question: YES!

I always end up hurting myself and then end up making it worse...

never broke anything but a toe and have had so many sprains it's a family joke. As a child my nicknames were Jinx and Oopsies (I'd say that after hurting myself or bashing into things)

Walking disaster. Everything from blown knees, torn shoulders and a bad back to random scrapes, scars and bruises from my encounters with the inanimate world... a vortex of impacts.
