When I post a topic on a forum that is as/autism related I feel bad to post on multiple forums, when my intention is that I want as many people as possible to read my message.
example:
I post a topic of philosophy on wrongplanet and ASisland + as4freedom. Do you think it is ok to do that?

In general, I feel that is okay because different people view different forums. Also, each forum has its own area of concentration and so may react differently to the same post.

This is just my opinion though.
