I bounce when I'm excited. Also, when I sit on the floor and rock, most times I do it next to the bed so I bounce off the side of the mattress every time I rock left.

I love bouncing!

I bought myself one of those air-filled bouncy balls with a handle that are adult sized. I loved it! I ordered mine when I bought my kids their own. It was so much fun bouncing around the house with it. I also bounce when I'm excited, or if I'm waiting on line I'll lightly bounce on the balls of my feet a little.
