Yea, the principles may be alright, but when no one follows them, it's kinda pointless.
I have an issue with people picking on the n00bs. Yea, so they posted in the wrong spot. You don't have to tear up their entire thread pointing it out.
And just other random good manners stuff that some people here seem to be missing. It's not a matter of whats socially acceptable, it's whats not rude beyond all reason. I'm not naming names, and I'm not making examples, cause those people should know who they are.
It does seem to be a bit of a taboo to point out someone may have been a bit of a butt about something.
