I would absolutely let loose with that limitless conundrum of coloured blocks if I had some lying around, I intend on getting a lot of toys when I have more dough, I still feel such excitement when I walk onto a playground and go down the slides and swing along the climbing frame. I usually go on strolls at night so there's no kiddies around, I love kids but I'd never desire to be seen as a lanky freak spoiling their innocent frolicking, I know what toys and playgrounds are beyond the bright shapes of a child's sphere and they still hold use for my time. If I ever am lucky enough to have kids then I'd feel comfortable sharing my passion with them but seeing a grown dude attempting to hang out playing lego or swinging around doesn't translate well lol. I wouldn't mind finding some fellow grown ups to play lego with though, I've played snakes and ladders with my pal before but not built any castles or gone on a roundabout for a while, did when I was drunk a couple years back however.

I'm 22 (almost 23) and I still play with toys. I particularly love my dolls and stuffed animals. I have some Lego playsets I love, particularly my Doctor Who set. I want to collect some Star Wars ones.

I have stuffed animals and I play with Legos. I didn't when I was in college and when I was trying to be "normal" but I didn't get far and I don't care now. Screw normal, I do what I want.
People tend to leave me alone the less normal I appear so I appear as abnormal as possible.

I wish I still had my legos. My parents took them away, and basically forced me to stop playing with them when I was a freshman in HS.
Same here. I don't know if "play" is the right definition but I used to enjoy building stuff like a baseball stadium, eiffel tower replica, gas stations, big ben,
Then I moved to minecraft. minecraft is like playing with legos.

I had that phase too. Paradoxically, it was because for the first time in my life the people around me treated me decently. I repressed a lot of things, probably needlessly, because I suddenly cared what people thought. I stopped reading science fiction for eight years in order to be...wait for it.... intellectually respectable (sigh). Both science fiction and Lego came back later, to help me through tougher times.

New question: is using Lego to motivate you to do your tax return normal? This is the second year running I've picked out a Lego set to buy if I got it filled in on time. I'm being a responsible adult .

I feel the temptation to humour and banter here :
Do you put the cost of the Lego set in your accounts as a business expense relevant to accounting and tax ?

I've not met anyone that still plays with there lego's at my age I don't know what this mean's I sometimes makeup crazy adventures for my Lego's and act out battles
is this ok? or am I too old to be doing this?
What do you guys think?
I don't feel good about doing it and never let other people watch me play with them but I still do it in my spare time while im alone and is this oK to be doing or should I get a life or growup or waht do u guys think
GUYS? girls? what do u think about playin with lego's at 24?
My NT ex-husband still plays with lego at 45 - why not? I read comic books. I don't think people need to prove their adult credentials by choosing certain hobbies but by being responsible for their actions. If you enjoy something and it harms no-one then it's OK in my view.
