no training requirmnts for the help with us or the lack of.
content mastery: a wasted room. : modified tests were incorrctely modified with the correct answear modified out for a wrong answear " not to choose" I had found myself in the office countless times for " not agreeing with" the teacher. also the classroom was more noisy than the class in which you came from. Watch the schools tests and verify with your own eyes that what you want / need actully gets done.
work : you ask for help but get none in return . all you get is your hours cut and persucuted by mgmt and the staff in which you are having issues with . However you may require work places to give special help to ( I hope I'am right, I heard about this before ) your son /daughter . However no theartening ! !! ! that could put you in trouble - causing a troubled enviorment .
