Seeing family and also some friends. And eating a lot! I think I enjoy Thanksgiving more than Christmas actually. It's less stressful, and it's a good time to catch up with people.

Trying to not go into complete meltdown with 30 people in my house, half of whom I don't really like. I am not cooking, but I cleaned all day. So I've done my bit. I have 20K words left to write for NaNoWriMo before the 30th.

ReGiFroFoLa,

In the US, Thanksgiving is always celebrated on the fourth Thursday in November. In Canada, it's always the second Monday in October.

I made so much pie. SO MUCH PIE.

I'm living in Belfast at the moment, and was invited to a dinner with my American classmates.
They don't even have canned pumpkin here. I made the pies out of real pumpkins. I only meant to make 3 but I somehow ended up with enough filling for 5... and then I made cinnamon rolls out of some extra dough... and then I toasted the pumpkin seeds...

Holy monkeys I feel like Martha Stewart.

I'm in Montana with my family. I dunno when I be going home. I am going to call my work Friday and ask when do I work again. I might cancel my doctor's appointment too for Monday if I don't have to work Sunday.
My brothers are here too, my aunt and uncle, and we are all going to eat here at my parents' house. My mother already has the pies cooked and the turkey out, sparkling cider, and table set. Everyone is leaving Saturday to go home, my brothers have to go back to school, my aunt and uncle need to go back to work but I don't know what is going to happen with me. My days got cut back because we are slow.

Sleeping in, watching videos, posting on WP, and generally resting.
