Sensitivity to something being dropped on the floor

What kind of sensitivity is this? I can't stand the noise of something falling to the ground! I almost went bezerk today because my husband dropped something. Not only do I not like the noise, but it has to do with the fear something may have broke.

sounds like a mix of the sensory issue of unexpected sound and anxiety about things breaking.
