I noticed that most people have than, but it's even bigger with aspies.

My eyes are the same size, but fhey are uneven in the placement of the Irises...Tried to demonstrate in this pic, but not terribly obvious, possibly because I was focusing on a fixed point. I am also Left Handed and My right eye is dominant..i can scarcely see out of my left eye in fact..

Optometrist sez both eyes are structurally healthy, but there are obstructions to the neural pathways behind my left eye...so..it's not my eyes, it's my brain... :?

How do you know it's bigger with aspies, any proof?

It is slightly more obvious in my profile pic that my eyes seem somewhat displaced and actually my left eye seems somewhat bigger than my right eye....but it is just an "optical illusion" :P

One of my pupils (I forget which one and can't be bothered to go to a mirror) is bigger than the other.

No. My facial proportions are perfectly symmetrical.

Yes this is true, I notice that your left eye is a bit bigger. Why do you think this is an optical illution?

Yes, significantly so. But that is because I have proptosis as a result of thyroid eye disease, and it is worse in right eye making it appear significantly larger than my left, not because I have an ASD.

My "eye sockets" are not different sizes...my eyes are disproportionate looking because one of my eye balls is slightly crooked...the eyes are not perfectly symmetrical, but they are the same size.

I don't know, I haven't measured the actual eyeballs yet. As for the visible part, I don't see any difference.

I found a picture that I did not take deliberately for this thread (hence was not concentrating on a fixed point)...so it is more obvious :)

Err..at least slightly more obvious...I snatched this pic from facebook and it seems to be stretched out here and seems to not look as obvious. One can notice I have a prominent showing blood vessel in my "good" "smaller looking" right eye...presumably from the strain of years of it having to do most of the work for seeing.

Have been confused as far as ocular dominance is concerned...My bad vision being linked to neural pathway blockage seems to make quite a bit of sense. I am left handed...still get confused between left and right...Am "Right Brained" TO A FAULT....(if one believes in that sort of thing)...

But if right brain controls left eye....trouble...also I think i have taken "Ocular Dominance" tests where it seems like my "Bad" left eye..the one I hardly see out of...is my dominant eye...but that would not make sense, would it?

If one of the "cruxes" of being on the autistic spectrum has to do with a pronounced imbalance between the amount of processing done by the different sides of the brain (referring to the term "Super Left Brain Sydrome"..unsure as to whether that is considered obsolete)....My issue would be more akin to "Super Right Brain syndrome....BUT with "problems"....
