Some days i'm fine, but on others days i feel like i'm less intelligent, like my brain isn't working properly. I usually have memory loss in this state, low concentration, and i daydream too much. My speech becomes softer and slower. Sometimes words don't come out or they're garbled. My body movement feels odd, like my brain isn't communicating with it properly. It usually takes me about half a day to recover from this.

I've given up coffee recently as I thought it might be that, but after about two weeks the symptoms got worse! Before I quit I I only drank about two to three mugs of instant coffee a day (half a level teaspoon per a cup), that's all. Sometimes, if something bad happens while i'm like this I can't stop thinking about it, it just goes round and round in my head.

It could be depression i guess?

I feel this way a lot.

Have you looked into a possible vitamin deficiency?

sounds like it might be worthwhile having standard blood work done, thyroid function tests, blood glucose etc.

In most ways, that sounds like me most of the time. Especially lately, but that's because I've just been so fatigued. It really makes school much more difficult.
