∞ ? ∞

I like the idea of infinity subtracted from infinity. What remains?

It depends. Both are positive Infinities, but which is counting up faster?

If they are both rising at precisely the same rate, the answer is zero.

If the first Infinity is rising faster, the answer is positive Infinity.

If the second Infinity is rising faster, the answer is negative Infinity.

The human brain may be too small to ever know. Recently, I read that the human brain may be the maximum size for maximum neurological intelligence: If it got any bigger, the increased distance between neurons would start to erode the speed and therefore the intelligence could not increase any further. This might be as good as it gets. Unless we do hybridize with machines... (yuk, IMO).

The topic said "Don't Count Anything." Ok, let's not. Let's take things in the Platonic sense, as they appear. There was a school of thought who said Plato was the maker of mathematicians albeit he himself was none. I wonder who paid him his wages.
