I'm not Welsh, and it's a very difficult language for a non-speaker, but a single 'f' in Welsh is pronounced like a 'v', so they use 'ff' for a 'normal' f-sound. I think the words are pronounced "Bly-nye Festin-i-og", but I can't guarantee it!
