^ You need to post a URL which ends in .jpg, .png or .gif - what you posted above is the whole URL for a page containing an image and lots of other stuff.
When you've found an image right-click on it and select "view image", which should result in a URL in your browser ending in jpg, png or gif and nothing else on the screen except the image.
Now select and copy the whole URL, then paste it into your post using the "img" tags (or click on the last button in the edit window - it looks like a mountain and sun).
Preview and post.
