Card value

- The number of vowels (A, E, I, O, U, Y) in your username is your card value. (mezzanotte = 4)

- Users with no vowels have a card value of 1. Users with more than 10 have a card value of 10.

Instructions

- Each time you post, you are adding your card value to the total. You can't post twice in a row.

- Score a BLACKJACK when your post brings the total to exactly 21. You must say BLACKJACK to claim victory!

- Prevent others from winning by BUSTING the total to over 21. Say BUSTED to reset the total to 0 for the next poster.

I'm going with +3, on the assumption that a strict interpretation of "in your username" means "as it appears" and 3 is not a vowel in numeric form (but I would contribute +5 if it were written out).

So 6+3=9.

Correct, disregard the numbers. Only A, E, I, O, U, and Y should be counted.

You only start over at 21 if the person remembers to call Blackjack, I think, otherwise it's an opportunity to bust them. Kip forgot, so it was a continuation and your added 3 took him to 24. :mrgreen:

I called a bust though, so now we're officially reset.

3+3=6.
