Simple. Make your own 6-strong team of fictional henchmen/allies/whatever. Must be already existent characters.

You can be good, bad, or neutral, up to you.

You may also give your league members titles.

I'd make the Red Mage's Guild, but Celles is the ONLY Red Mage I can think of...

The Outcast Muddle
Consists of:
Koise: The guy who deals with magic, and also the one who would most likely be leader (if only he didn't think there was a need for him to be)
Clarrissa: Full of spunk and deals with interrogation. Likes Koise. A LOT.
Marilyn: Clarrissa's best friend, deals with the stealth sections of the mission. Sub-mission includes keeping Clarrissa of Koise when she's TOO in love with him. :3
Steve: Technical whizz, can hack his way into anything. Co-leads with Koise, and have no real reason to upsup him.
Booger: Front on attacker, uses his Starbuline to deal with the job. Loves fiery explosions, and Koise's best friend.
Bob: Demolition expert. While being 30, still feels at least 10 years old. Has to protect his equipment from Booger a lot of the time.

EDIT:
Zoe: Doesn't really do much, but Koise feels the responsibility to help her. Can come in handy for spotting flaws.
Aiko: Zoe's little sister. Koise at first would much rather have her stay home, but she and Zoe are inseperable. She provides some of the more wild and crazy plans, but only a few of them actually work.

The Inithilian Initiatives
Consists of:
Martyr: Co-leader with Jazza. Provides behind-the-lines help.
Jazza: Co-leader to Martyr. Provides the demolition work, as he loves explosions and blowing stuff up.
Clarene: Disguises is her terms of work. She has an interest in Martyr, but she also looks after Kipo.
Robijn: Clarene's best friend, they have been inseparable. As such, she does the undercover too, and they find it quite fun!
Kipo: Doesn't perform anything much out in the field, and reclusive, but makes up for it by having amazing logic, so helps form the plans quite a lot.
Volodja: In love with Kipo, he performs much in the stealth area.

The League of People/Things That Are Totally Different From Each Other

1. Yvan- leader of group.
2. Emo the Emoticon: very depressed. In charge of weapons and ammo. Defininetly not good idea
3. Banana Monkey: A wierd monky/banana thing. In charge of food
4. Gordon Freeman: beats the crap out of anything that's not human. Science person of group
5. Black Mage: casts offensive spells
6. Some guy that looks like he does some spy stuff for the government: He's the spy and security person of the group
