Both. I remember reading Redwall while listening to the audiotape and getting great mental imagery from it.

I like the science ones as well. Sometimes there's an interesting attempt to fuse the two.

poms taste better but grapefruit are easier to eat. eating poms is like installment-plan eating. burn more calories eating the damned thing than you get from it.

I agree, but those little red jewels are worth it from time to time. I choose grapefruit, peel-and-eat style.

Fresh veg or frozen is plenty good enough?
