Six pints is not that much. Try drinking more first. I drink 4 to 6 liters of water a day on average.

A couple of years ago I used to drink 6 liters a day

Now 4.5 liters a day, but I frequently and urgently have to frequent the litter box

Especially since Covid, many bathrooms closed

At work, sometimes they lock up all the bathrooms

And sometimes all toilets occupied

And sometimes I have to do menial labor in real time

The display toilets are six feet high and slanted downward

Anyways some articles claim that drinking too much water harms the body. Even if no fluid intoxication

And I also wonder if excessive fluid consumption has long term side effects

Such as fecal or urinary incontinence

six pints = 3 quarts < 1 gallon a day

I agree that it's not that much
