The chances of any ill health effects are pretty low unless you're hot boxing them constantly, I actually inquired with my insurance company because I was trying to accurately fill out their tobacco use declaration, and what they said was they don't care unless you're smoking more than 2 a day. Forget doctors and scientists, when an insurance company declines to jack up your rates because you do something, I take that seriously. 2 cigars per day is a lot, both in time and money, I don't know anyone who smokes even close to that frequently.
