Functional hallux limitus of the right metatarsal phalangeal joint is my diagnosis and the reason why for the past 3 years I've been limping

I mean I'm glad for the diagnosis and for the special insoles but I've been going to see my GP about this problem and they've done nothing for me so I've had to go private and this has been sorted within no time at all

I'm not being funny but I'm rapidly losing faith in the NHS

I've not got to arrange an ultrasound scan to make sure there's no stress fracture that could escalate and get worse in time

I'll see how long my GP takes to arrange that for me

So on the one hand I'm happy that I've sorted out the limp (which had got considerably worse lately) but on the other hand this could have been solved three years ago if anyone had have taken any notice of my complaint

Hot weather is a curse for me. I love it but I overheat easily. I have more than once staggered home with heat exhaustion because I had no idea how hot it was until the symptoms set in.

I have IBS but I love to eat ice cream and I do regularly in the summer. To compromise (to not upset my belly), I'll have sorbet or icy poles without milk in them.

Got a ct scan scheduled for Friday. I'm not happy about this. My doc scheduled it behind my back. In all fairness, she knows I won't so she went and did it for me. I know she means well. I just wasn't going to do it. I get frustrated with doctors, tests and scans. I doubt this one will tell me anything conclusive and they'll tell me it's not x, y, or z, and they don't know what it is. I feel it's all a waste of time and resources to get me nowhere but where I am today.

I like having a dehumidifier wherever I'm sleeping.

No more asthma like breathing during heavy rain. Less headache when waking up.
Way lesser upper respiratory flare ups and rhinitis trigger.

I just have to contend with my current circadian rhythm sleep schedule and diet again again.

At the moment I woke up with...
I don't know???

Whenever I get up from a certain angle of a posture, I'd get a sharp throbbing at the left back of my head.

Dealing with it all day. It was bad this morning. Gradually becoming less painful. Still triggering for some reason still.

.. Not as weird as waking up with vertigo for a random entire day.
Thankfully that only happened once.

**** this upper respiratory issue.
