I've had tennis elbow (not from tennis). It lasted about three months and then went away on its own. I count myself lucky because that pain in my arm was no joke.
I've had bursitis in my left shoulder for about six months and it's slowly getting better. Hopefully I'll be able to do chest weights again at the gym soon.

I do go to the gym but I don't do chest weights.
I'm getting used to squats holding a heavy weight. It just about killed me at first doing them but now I'm getting used to it.
One of my exes used to put a tennis ball behind his back on the wall and slide up and down. He'd sometimes wear the tennis ball out and split it. He was pretty rough on them.

I like to wear a posture trainer when I go out shopping and it does work really well
Just forked out 20 quid on a seasonal flu vaccination. I've got absolutely loads on over the next three weeks starting from tomorrow so I'm gonna need all the help and protection I can get

^Yeah, because you can't eat what you like, when you like.
I'm sick of wheezing. I take Symbicort, Spiriva and Ventolin but I'm still wheezing 24/7. My appointment with the Dr is on the 26th and that can't come soon enough.
