None today. I stubbed my toe the other day and it was hurting when I tried to walk on it in shoes, so I thought I'd give it time to heal. I walked a bit yesterday but it's been raining and cold all day today, the toe is still looking a bit red, and I've been feeling a bit groggy, so I decided not to walk. It's forecast to stop raining tomorrow around noon so I'm planning to try walking again then. Hopefully as the crappy weather gets better I'll find it easier to get out and about a bit more.

Went to the gym for an hour this morning. Didn't get time to do abs exercises, will do them first when I go again on Thursday.

Walked 6 times round the car park yesterday, in two sessions. By one estimate that's a mile.

Today's class was mostly jumping. Jumping on two legs, jumping on one leg, jumping from one leg to the other, jumping high toe kicks, jumping heel kicks, jumping crescent kicks, high toe kick into jumping high toe kick... also some shoulder rolls, and I got to practice with my staff a little bit, and get some feedback on my technique.

I deep cleaned my house. I didn't have time to go on a walk like usual, but I did work up a sweat cleaning!

Had hockey on Monday and Tuesday. Surprisingly I wasn't sore on Wednesday.

Yesterday in class I learned some new joint locks.

Today I went to the beach with my dad and his doggo, did some leg stretches, and practiced this pose to the best of my ability

Being able to stand with one leg straight out, lower into the squat, and then raise back up - even once - is one of my goals for this year. For now I'm practicing alternating which leg is out while in a squat, with no raising or lowering, just keeping my extended leg straight and off the ground, toes pulled back.
