Would this weight really look better?

I currently weigh 178-179 pounds at 5ft8

According to bmi best weight range for my height is 122-164 lbs

More to the point though even though BMI is bogus and outdated would 122 pounds really look better on an average 5ft8 man than my current weight of 179 lbs?

I see it's about 81 kg; we use metric here. Sounds fine as you are, I weigh about 4 kg more but several cm taller. I was in much beter shape when I did a lot of running. Hope to restart soon!!

In my experience no one e g potential lovers really bother that much about weight or build, unless someone's grossly obese and unhealthy looking.
