Mood tracker application?
I'm looking for either an iPhone app or web-based mood tracker. Anybody have any recommendations? Here are a few I'm looking at:

I've been having problems with fatigue and feeling more depressed than usual lately. My psychiatrist gave me a paper-based form to track my mood and other things that are going on, but said it was fine if I wanted to find some other way of keeping track, like web-based or whatever. An iPhone app is appealing because it's discreet.
