I used to hate myself for being too fat , i used to get the insults at school... Now an adult i trained hard with alot of fitness , then i decided to stick to just weights as i felt i was just right but now people keep saying to me

" you look too thin "
" i'd prefer more chub on your cheeks "
" You look ill "

According to the stats i'm a good weight but i have noticed my strength has dropped off as has my muscular size :(

Thing is my diet is crap for dinner , i have no idea what to eat for dinner as i can't cook to great / suffer from bad heartburn and i don't have a lot of money!

It could be your facial bone structure. I'm 30 pounds overweight but my cheekbones are still very prominent and if I get down to a weight that my body looks good, then my face looks freakishly gaunt. The last time I was about 123 someone told me I looked like hell.

Ha! fat transfers.

But for food, I am detoxing myself with a lot of cranberry juice and water and it makes me feel great. So that is something to start with. You push all the bad things out, as cranberry juice is a diuretic and also basically scores and scours your kidneys. This is why water is important, so you don't make yourself sore. You'll piss a lot, but you'll feel way better for it.

Then, I am eating a lot of simpler foods, or trying to. Basic stuff is not as expensive as it seems. Oatmeal, veggies, fruits, ground beef, rotisserie chicken. I don't like to cook either, but you can always munch on a carrot or prepare a simple salad, or grab a pre-cooked chicken from the deli, where all you need to do is warm it up. There is also the stuff in the frozen food section, which is pricier. Also, the water crystals destroy the cellular structure of the food, so that is also not good. But, once in a while is of course ok. Canned veggies are ok, too, and the cheapest.

No need to count calories or drink fancy diet crap. Blegh. That stuff's a joke, imo.

Simple meal idea: canned veggie, or self-prepared salad, with spaghetti and whole wheat bread and meat sauce.

Meat sauce spaghetti: brown the meat. Stick a pound or half a pound of beef in a pan (no butter or anything necessary), then add a can of sauce. Spice to taste or don't, it doesn't matter, though experimenting is quite a bit of fun. Let simmer. Boil up the noodles, and serve. I make this all the time, though usually without the meat.

Fried eggs and tuna fish are really easy to prepare. Not at the same time, of course. But, those two foods are super healthy for you. Tuna in oil is better than in water, since the natural oils of the fish are preserved. Learned that the other day. They have those omega 3s, and also protein and the like. Delicious... Good with whole wheat and quick enough to whip up.

Tilapia is also good, but fish is tough, since even if it looks done, it may not be. I burn a lot of fish, lol. Tilapia is cheap, healthy, and great if you put lemon pepper on it.

Basically, I don't know if you know this, but listen to your body. If it craves dairy, eat some dairy.

Pepto bismol ftw....I have been getting heart burn, too, don't know what's up with that. My body is getting hyper sensitive, that's why I've changed my diet, actually.
