I'm pretty sure I'm not diabetic.

I get this sensation in both my feet at the same time. It's as if blood rushes to them but I'm pretty sure that's not the case. I think it has something to do with nerves. Bit bilaterally at the same time?

It should be noted that during the winter months, I sit on my butt a lot.

Do you get numbness, pins and needles? Are they weak or heavy in sensation? Is there anything in particular you do that brings the sensation on? Or does it come on at particular times of the day?

I'm stating the obvious here! But, the best thing to do is to go see your doctor.
