Cannabis and Cancer
It has been shown that when the compounds in Cannabis combine with the Cannaboid receptors in the brain that they are send a signal to cancer cells, which instructs them to die off.
There have been several long documentation about it, but this just shows that it is real in two and a half minutes.

If only one didn't have to smoke it! Any solid plant material you burn under rich combustion conditions is going to make some carcinogenic organic compounds, and at least some of the active drug will be destroyed by the high temperatures and partial oxidation. Most of what you're breathing is not the active ingredient. I wonder how the efficiency of drug delivery compares for smoking it vs. eating it.
But people smoke this stuff and tobacco too, for the flavor and also the social aspect. It's not about just using a drug, and they're not addicted.
Even if marijuana does all the things they say it does, smoking means that one is faced with the possibility of creating one cancer while curing another. Leukemia patients may not worry about this, though, and maybe they should be given whatever makes them happier and more comfortable whether it has any curative properties or not.

When it comes to food, efficiency depends highly on how you bust the bud up and how you cook it. THC is very fat soluble, so you gotta make sure you bust it up as much as possible and make sure it gets absorbed in fat as much as possible too. If say you're putting weed into peanut butter, you gotta make sure you use peanut butter with a lot of saturated fat. Nutella isn't technically peanut butter, but it is excellent for cooking weed into say a cracker sandwich (yes this works very well, I've done it millions of times). Any type of food you cook weed into should have a high percentage of saturated fat.
Also, vaporizing is way more efficient than smoking. I was watching manswers once, and they were saying joints are 28% efficient, bongs are 80% efficient, and vapes are 92% efficient. Keep in mind that these percentages are somewhat vague. A volcano for example is way more efficient than a typical $200 convection vape. Not saying a typical $200 vape is s**t since they're decent, but Volcanos are the cream of the crop and make a huge difference.
I've always heard about weed having cancer killing properties, but a video explains it so much better. Thanks for posting it!
I have been looking into the possible medicinal uses and here is what I have found. Good and bad studies. Some possibly biased in either directions too.

A guy I was talking to said this:
That being said I don't think there is significant uses that can be made out of that i.e immunosupressive drug alternative...
Also I am still studying what I call the GABA Paradox which is the following:
Activating the CB1 and CB2 receptors will cause decreased levels of GABA. Decreased levels of GABA is linked to memory problems, we know that for a fact. The thing is that a GABAa agonist like a benzodiazepine like Valium for example will agonize the GABAa receptor causing GABA levels to go up but this drug will still cause memory and cognitive function impairments.
If you were wondering why some people have panic attacks and anxiety on cannabis it is because of the decreased levels of GABA because we all know benzodiazepines are anxiolytics (hypnotic, sedative, anticonvulsive too which makes them great but it's stilla a double edge-sword for long-term use and the addiction is terrible)
