Hello WP. I am beginning this thread to document my own dietary and exercise progress. I hope the information here will be helpful. My goal for this thread is to document food, exercise, physique, how my practices make me feel, answer any questions I may, and simply demonstrate what might be possible. As I make my discoveries, I will attempt to document them here so that they will be useful to others. I will take any sincere additions or suggestions into consideration.

Additionally, here are several of my personal goals:

2 months
-Improve knowledge of health and fitness.
-Learn about my body.
-Eat healthy consistently and identify personal nutrition standards.
-Attain 10% body fat.

6 months
Improve fitness for sports.
--Run 1-mile in 5minutes, 30seconds
--Run 3 miles in under 18m00
--Create goals and identify current level of fitness for swimming. Note; Currently I swim, but without much use of metrics.
Improve Flexibility
--Re-formulate regimen for stretching.
Improve physique, which will aid sports fitness.
--Attain 5% body fat.
--Build muscle that is functional for my activities.
Compete. Win.
Be comfortable in my standard of health, rather than wearing it like a handsome shirt with nagging, itchy tags.

A few of my challenges, present and past:
-Eating disorder: Bulimia Nervosa
-Injuries: Clavicle/acromioclavicular joint, which I dislocated January 18th. Hips (possibly suffer from Femoroacetabular Impingement (FAI), which may be common in active individuals. Index Finger, which I closed in a car door April 2nd, the nail of which looks possibly to fall off.
-Mood changes, neuroses, and the like.
-Reinforcement of poor habits.
