I regularilty feel like I got hit by a freight train. Unfortunately, that's the norm for me. I always feel tired no matter how much sleep I get and I've become very sensitive to pressure changes in the atmosphere, it's gotten to the point where I can smell when a storm is coming. It's strange I know but when it's about to rain I feel physically awful, confused, exhausted, weak and dizzy all at the same time. This has just started. I usually feel too tired to do anything about it and the exhaustion is started to control my life. Anyone know a solution to this? Coffee, Royal Honey, Monster, Red Bull, 5 hour energy shots and loud music just doesn't cut it anymore.

I don't know what to do. Even if I get a full night of sleep, a nap and a couple metric tons of caffeine in my system, I'm always absent minded and exhausted.

What should I do to get out of this?
I want my life back.

Have you tried taking B vitamins? I know it sounds silly but I had the exact same symptoms until I found out that spending several years on Prozac and other Rx's had contributed to a world-class vitamin B-12 deficiency that even eating red meat every day would not have corrected.

Vegans often develop these symptoms after a few years. A prolonged B-12 deficiency can cause permanent neurological damage as well. If you have healthcare available, you can get your B-12 levels checked at the Doc's office or if you don't, B-12 supplements are pretty inexpensive.

To correct my deficiency, I had to take 5000 micrograms of B-12 per day for 6 weeks and then dropped to 2000 mcg/day since then.

It might be something more than this, but I was blown away at the difference B-12 made. I literally could not get out of bed or remember by own phone number before I corrected the deficiency.

I hope this helps.

It could be a deitary deficiency... what's your diet like, you didn't mention it at all (apart from the cocktail of sugar chemicals and caffeine)

Seek proper medical evaluation. While I certainly can't make a diagnosis like this, acute anemia or something might need to be ruled out.

These are 2 separate issues. Human beings have always been able to smell a storm coming. There is more ionic activity in the air preceding rain or a storm. Ions smell a certain way.

If you have health care you should go to a physician. Generally speaking, a person needs to see a doctor if unpleasant symptoms last 10 days to 2 weeks. There are many, many reasons that a person would feel bone tired "as though hit by a freight train" from cancer to a common cold. It is a broad symptom.

So seek a doctor.
