How healthy do you eat? I eat very healthy! My favorite things to eat are Cameo apples, Asian pears, strawberries, anything with veggies, Greek yogurt, and salad(no creamy dressings but balsamic vinaigrette).

I also exercise for 20 minutes a day on a treadmill. Or more if I feel like it :D

I am so-so. I have to work to get in my fruits and vegetables, and while I get at least one veggie a day and one to two fruits, I am still below what I should have. But I also do not eat a lot of fatty, or salty, or fried food.
I exercise for an hour and a half 3-4 times a week.

I eat fairly healthy, I like fruits and vegetables, In the summer we pretty much get all our groceries at the farmers market. We have a juicer and I love making fresh juice.

For exercise I like taking walks and riding my bike.

I have never had much of a sweet tooth, but I do have a weakness for salty snacks.

( If you get a chance, try Ambrosia apples, our local health food store had some and they were crazy good!)

I don't eat meat, eggs, or dairy.
I eat very few carbs, no oils or soda or refined sugars or fast food; nothing after 5 PM.
I try to spend two hours a day on the treadmill, but have been known to spend 6.
Being vegan is due to ethics, but all the other stuff is due to how easily I gain weight.
If I could eat absolute garbage and sit around and not gain weight, I would, in a heartbeat.

I can empathize with the liking salty things. I can enjoy a glazed donut as much as the next person, but my lust is for salty and spicy things.

VW - you should probably check with a doctor about how much you exercise. might not be healthy to do that much without supervision. also, you need to eat a bit of oil or you won't be able to absorb your fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K).

i eat a mediterranean diet - fish, chicken, fruits, veggies, whole grain, skim milk, small amounts of healthy oils (olive, canola). i occasionally cheat with sweets. i walk 1/2 hour most days. i want to live to 100 and am on track so far.

<------ Lousy eater. I don't bother with breakfast foods (cereals, pancakes, etc) at all. Any time of the day, if I feel like eating a hot dog or mac and cheese or pork chop, I go for it.

Eat whatever, though I prefer restricting Starches and some Carbs.

I like eggs and meat, but in my scrambled eggs I like to mix in tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, and onions. Then top with hot sauce.

Same with meat or burger I like to do a stir fry thing. Also spicy.

For my last dinner I had a Garlic/Herb mix Tuna Salad with chopped tomato and mushrooms. Used Bleu Cheese Dressing. Not exactly lean I know but I question if all fats are necessarily evil. I try to watch out more for Sugar instead.

One major change I started is I have cutout Mountain Dew and soda. If I'm in a restaurant I ask for hot tea or unsweet iced tea or have a cup o' coffee. The biggest thing I miss because of this is I enjoy a Rum and Coke, so I have switched to Bourbon on the Rocks.

I do some exercise with curling barbells or a few pushups or using resistance bands but not into it really seriously. I do think I should do more cardio.

My last endo was fine with it. Some people just have a sh*t metabolism. The food I eat's great, there's just so little of it.
I want to be healthier though.
I have very little money, day-to-day, and live basically on cucumbers and mushrooms of late.
Been becoming interested in TVP of late.

I have no idea if I eat healthy or not. The standard changes so quickly. Plus, I have no discipline and can't be bothered to keep up with what will give me cancer, or ward it off, today.

Today I had:
Breaky - egg and cheese on english muffin sammie w/ coffee (& sugar and "cream")
Lunch - Tortilla chips, salsa, refried beans w/ green chilies and sour cream
Supper- pasta w/ marinara that I had added mushrooms and cauliflower to.
Plus just now I had a plate of french fries along with 2 maybe 3 G&Ts that have encouraged me to give you all my daily menu.

So yeah. Not so great. Lots of refined carbs and no veggies (cauliflower barely qualifies)
But yesterday I had a fruit smoothie for breakfast, a veggie sammie on multi-grain bread for lunch, and a veg. heavy stirfry for supper (w/ tofu)

So see? Who knows. Day to day it shifts.

I think it's essential to mention that this type of lifestyle isn't too healthy for a normal individual.

I'm a bit like ValentineWiggin metabolism wise. I'd say I'm an endomorph and it doesn't take much to get me fat at all. To maintain a light weight and slim waist I have to eat very small portions, and I always make my food match my activity level. If I'm only on my rower for half an hour and not doing much the rest of the day I only eat some fruit in the morning, maybe more in the afternoon if I'm hungry and a small tea. If I'll be hiking or doing more vigorous activity I'll allow myself a more carby breakfast with a slice of wholemeal toast or something.
I do reserve a day in the weekend though for eating whatever the fook I want, I always look forward to it and like to practice my cooking skills by doing recipes I see on the internet.

Most of the time I have to be really watchful, being such an extreme endomorph sucks.

So far today...

All natural cereal that has mini marshmallows in it with organic skim milk

A slice of French toast with a dusting of powdered sugar

Cameo Apple

Banana Strawberry Greek yogurt

and right now I'm eating a London broil, American cheese and whole wheat bread sandwich.

My mom is making some French cuisine tonight so I'm trying to eat really light and not overeat.

I did 20 minutes on the treadmill earlier. I also woke up late today and from what I've been experiencing today it screws with my appetite.

I focus heavily on compound exercises and I eat a lot of high protein food. Also, I eat a lot of unsaturated fat.

My build is meso-endomorphic.

Today's food intake to give you an idea:
Two small sesame seed crisp breads with honey and sliced banana on them.
A fruit salad made of grapes, two types of melon and pineapple.
A handful of raisins.
Ratatouille and bulgur wheat.

See, that kind of eating makes sense in my opinion. I don't really eat cake, or cookies or anything. I stick to fruits, my beloved all natural cereals with skim milk, veggies, I always get a PB&J with wheat bread at school, I drink nothing but coffee and water.

Some people do the "everything in moderation thing, even junk food" but I can't do that. It's all about works for the individual y'know?

I just had dinner my mom made my portions nice and small.

Beef with carrots, mashed potatoes and sauce
Garlic noodle soup
Chilled tomato slices in some vinegar and herb sauce

I also took a teensy piece of baguette. I'm done eating for the day.

I eat very sensibly, and seldom eat junk food. I like being in the shape I'm in, and I guess I like it a lot more than I'd like certain foods, which I'd have to trade away this body for. Not worth it!
