Taking sh!tloads of zinc before exercise.

I've talked before about masturbation and its negative effects on exercise, and this kinda stems from those posts.

Since it depletes your zinc reserves, hindering your ability to produce testosterone, limiting your stamina, wouldn't it help just to take a lot of extra zinc?

That would be extremely inadvisable.

Zinc toxicity is very real and something that we all certainly want to avoid.

One time only depletes like 25% of your RDA. So taking "sh!tloads" would be inadvisable.

The negative effects are most likely due to the brain releasing prolactin, which temporarily blocks the effects of testosterone (that's what suddenly ends the horniness after orgasm). Your T level is likely the same, or possibly even higher afterwards; it's just prevented from plugging into the T receptor by the prolactin.

I don't recommend it, but drugs that cause an increased release of dopamine (or are D2 receptor agonists) prevent the release of prolactin. I.e. amphetamine, bromcryptine, ropinirole. Amphetamine + exercise seems like a very bad idea, and bromicryptine tends to induce projectile vomiting. And they're all prescription drugs, anyway.

You should never take a whole bunch of any supplement. It can damage your kidneys or liver.

Take a multivitamin when you have breakfast, and don't masturbate before working out. Walla... Masturbating isn't even a problem for most people, especially your age. You can fap the day away and not even have to worry about it.

Well, I'd be careful on taking much zinc at once, as zinc supplements are known for causing upset stomachs.

If you are looking for more zinc in the body you might look at eating well and supplementing with the often advertised for sleep supplement, melatonin. Melatonin is thought to help with absorbing zinc, much as vitamin D3 helps with calcium and phosphorus absorption.
