For a while i couldnt figure out why i was so determined and had so much motivation over my n/t counterpart with weightlifting.but ive been training for 11 years natural now and consider myself at my natural peak.

My lifts are:
Bench press : 350 pounds
Leg press: 850 pounds
Incline curls : 90 pounds
calf press : 500 pounds
Dead lifts: 400 - 450 pounds (depending on the day)

My biceps are my best asset i have great muscle insertion.

Weightlifting is pretty sweet. I'm trying my best to get into Olympic style lifting, I think it's one of the coolest sports in the world. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MwQTeFD0OKQ It was really hard to motivate me from the bodybuilding angle, but the strength angle was surprisingly addictive. I've only been training since about this time last year, with much of this summer more or less off from being sick. That said, my best deadlift is 355, and I've parallel squatted 275x5, ATG backsquatted 235x2. I got weird genetics, I got naturally ginormous legs, and tiny upper body and arms. So my best overhead press is 115, though I've push pressed 150ish. Bench sucks ass, too, it's like 135 or something stupid like that. I can hang snatch like 100, and clean and jerk 155. I'm really working on getting the snatch up, it's my pet lift. I love the snatch.

The reason I started lifting was for figure skating actually, it's my main athletic hobby, and obviously you need a ton of lower body strength. So... I figured the easiest way to gain strength was...squatting. So now I've got a ton of power without technique. YAY! I wanna work my strict overhead press to about 200lbs or so, just in case I ever get into pairs (it seems likely with my proportions...) I'm naturally too heavy to do singles, and it's unlikely I'd cut down under high 170lbs, I'm 195 at 18-20% bodyfat now. So, might be good for pairs.

As far as looks go, I wouldn't mind looking like an Olympic lifter. They look decent. I'm not much for the bodybuilder look, huge arms and chest and whatnot. I always wished I could be like 130lbs, whereas most people wanna get "bigger" which is odd to me.

Try Olympic lifting/powerlifting. It's like a videogame, but it becomes but a real life game of slowly increasing your points on the bar.

Isn't incline dumbbell bench good to do right after flat barbell bench?

It's been an obsession for me for about 30 years, and I plan never to quit. Unfortunately, I have a heart problem, and have been ordered not to lift any more than I can do 10 reps x 3 sets easily, so that's put me at a plateau for sure, for the past year. I'm going to have surgery in the near future, and after that, God willing, I can go back to full lifts. For now, I'm woking on definition and cut.

The Federal SD10 siren motor I'm holding in my avatar pic, is 597 lbs (270 kg). That was before the heart diagnosis

Idk maybe its just my age but im pretty into it too. Though i havent really been able to stick to it for at least a month straight.
My dad used to take me maybe once a week to the ymca, and id jog for a good 30 mins while playin my ds lol
then id do like the machine circuit, then id go do curls and some pushups

i was like 12

My 2nd semester of HS (when i moved schools) i started begging my parents to take me to our local Lifetime fitness all the time(which we had membership at) and i got a personal trainer too.

And maybe last March i started jogging there by myself since its like maybe half mile walk

I mostly focus on cleans and leg strength

Bench press:70x10
Squat:110x10
Clean n jerk 90x10 or 110x5
Deadlift 115x15 or 180x1
Curl:30x15 or 40x8

Its definitely an obsession for me. Although sometimes I'm too tired after work and just want to chill, I will still force myself to go and feel great afterwards. Do you use protein Australia.

I'm currently benching 125 kgs and deadlifting 200 kgs (was bench pressing 85 kgs in january). My goal is to bench press 150 kgs in one and a half years. My 1RM pull-up max is BW (90 kgs) + 60 kgs attached to the weight belt.

My seated shoulder press is 105 kgs, but my standing military press is probably no more than 55—60 kgs.

Currently trying out Smolov Jr for my front squat and overhead press. Hope I don't die. Today is planned max out day, too. Then after max outs, I go for the real program. Even the warmup one is pretty hard.

Oddly enough, I think I'm losing bodyfat on this program despite eating like mad. I'll have to see wtf happens in a month.

im tryin my own variation of 20r squats. my squat has always been my weakness..unfortunately i cant dl anymore but it was my strongest lift. back when my squat was a tiny 265 i dled 445 no belt or straps. If i can get over my herniation ithink i could do 500nnow that i have a lot ore muscle.
anyway my variation of the 20rep squats is im adding 10pounds and one rep per w. I started at 155 a few ws ago for21reps..and each w added 10 pounds and 1 or more reps. saturday im trying 195x25. I save a little in the tank but always get a good burn. been doing insanely heavy leg ext for high reps too. My goal is 235x21-31 by the end of the yr for squats.
