lt's been cold and rainy for the last several days, but this morning was pretty nice. I managed to get in another 7.6 mile trike ride before breakfast.

At the gym.

On the treadmill.

I was going to walk outside but I was told to take the car.

Don't you just love it when people think support means they have to make decisions for you, as if autism means you're too stupid to decide for yourself where to take a walk?

I did get in a 3.5 mile run outside today. It was in the high 40s here, and there was sunshine, so I had to take advantage of the weather.

Just did 40 min of Turbo Fire to get the plumbing to start working again. I'm also coughing up a lot of gunk. I hate winter. The oldies have the right idea living down in Florida. I think I'll add a little Shaun T to the mix since I'm all hot and sweaty anyway. :D

Walked 5 miles outside and it was nice out with clear skies with temps in the 50's.

First night ride of the year! I only did 4km, but I'm recovering from a cold and I'm out of shape! Lit up like a Christmas tree, lol!

5km on the bike tonight; would have gone farther, but my gps decided that it didn't like the tree cover. Oh well, back to using the more reliable one! Saw two deer and found a hula dancing friend, lol!

8.8km tonight on the bike; only saw one deer. My uh...coordination needs a lot of work; a few times I plowed into the snowbank on the side of the trail, lol. *POOF!* face full of winter. I think my next bike investment is going to be a wider set of bars and a shorter stem!

6.8km tonight; started snowing. Right when I started out, I hit ice and *WHOOMP!* my bike slid out from underneath me!
