Think I ripped my entire biceps clean-off today.

I usually only do as much weights as I can, but for the sake of progress I'll use heavy weights I barely/can't lift with proper form but use my other arm to assist so I do use proper form.

Gonna be having some alcohol anyway for Saint Pattie's - it'll calm the aching.

MCHB, you live in a beautiful picturesque place, very lucky! And, are you into photography at all, because those are some pretty good high quality shots!

Thanks! While I enjoy taking pictures of things (Nature is awesome!), I don't consider myself a photographer. My camera is an older Olympus 1030 SW (From 2008) and it seems to take decent pictures for what it is. I usually tweak the brightness and contrast in gimp, which seems to improve the image quality. I would eventually like to get a DSLR, but that won't be for awhile.

I think digging through tree roots to make a new flower bed can count as my exercise for today.

That takes smarts as well as brawn.

If you screw up at digging tree roots, you can ruin the whole garden.

^Its survival of the fittest in the garden this year, if the vegetation cant withstand some hardship, then I don't want it there! Tomorrow: another beach walk.

Don't really consider it a workout, but definitely a good source of cardio done.

Went swimming with the family for the day.

Decided to get my Dad to roughly time me.

Swam about 75% of the length of a regular 100m (so about 75m) swimming pool in roughly 45 seconds. Legs and arms were aching, haha, and I had to stop-dead in my tracks towards the end and swim slowly in the last 10 seconds or so.

I've been training to get a 'swimmer's physique' without actually swimming, but I've recently decided to start taking it up and might do it one day a week on non-lifting days.

Spin class and yoga at home.
Last week did some weights and back wasn't ready. Thats the reason for the yoga. Also wave hands like clouds a form in Tai Chi.

Another 20km. My recovery time is improving!

No pictures this time, tried doing a video of a section of trail instead!

Time to exercise. I decided I'm going to have to do my usual Turbofire exercises because Shaun T's CIZE workouts of dancing are fun, but I don't get in a good cardiac workout because of the time it takes to learn the dances. I guess Shaun will just have to be used for fun after my real workout. Darn.

22.5 km this afternoon on the bike, and heading to rapier practice in about half an hour; so stoked, and so out of practice! I think I'm going to be sore tomorrow!

Walked around the streets in the dark for about an hour.
