Had another nice forest walk, not quite running fit yet, but I'm getting there.

9.5km on the mountain bike tonight; temperature was a nice -4C. Got back to the truck and had some nice, refreshing ice water from my water bottle!

Just shy of 11km on the mountain bike tonight;managed to make it up to one of the viewpoints! A bit icy in spots, but overall not bad. The trails higher up are a lot firmer than they were about a week ago, thus they're mostly ridable! :D

I'm in the 2nd month of Shaun T's Insanity workout.

Today was Max interval plyo. I didn't finish the whole workout, stopped after the 2 sets of 4 workouts were done. I'm not quite there yet but I'm well on my way to getting there. :)

14.3km on the mountain bike tonight. The wider handlebars and shorter stem I put on made a HUUUUUGE difference in stability; the handling of the bike is way more forgiving. :3

Took my bike out for a HIKE and did 7 km, lol. The trails were sheer ice (it's been pretty warm the past two days, and everything is melting and re-freezing!), but I decided "Well, I'm already out here...might as well make the best of it!" Next time, I think I'm going to go for an evening hike.

A 80 km bike ride once again...

Had to stop and take a picture... bright sunshine and green fields in in Denmark is quite commonplace... but not in early February... 8)

Nice! Love seeing biking pics! :D

I uh...solved my icy trail issue...and it only took 500 framing screws! Went for a quick 9km ride tonight to test them out and I honestly felt velcro-ed to the trail!

16km on the trails tonight. Took a random turn and wound up at a lake! I can honestly say that it's the first time I've ever biked on a frozen lake!

Just shy of 15km tonight...went up...and then down a trail that in the fall had no issues with...well, frozen brakes and slush made for a few "Hail Mary!" moments, but surprisingly I didn't buy the farm. There were a few sections where I might as well have been skiing!

I've been doing 45 minutes on my elliptical daily, to cheesy Czechoslovakian 80's music. It keeps me motivated hah.

I do about 20-30 minutes of light yoga after.

Finally got back into it after an unintended 3 days off. Pushed back to the limit, and bloody happy I didn't skip today.

1 hour on the elliptical and burned about 515 calories. Happy about that!
