I flap since age six, every day for hours. It helps me focus. I flap my fingers with the speed of lightening, especially the right one, and my wrist moves a lot when I do that.

Recently, age 49, I have tingling in my fingers, espeically the right one, in thumb and small finger, as if the hand is about to fall asleep, but it never really does. I'll see a doctor soon.

Any fellow flapper had this problem?

Sounds like a carpal tunnel problem. A lot of people have it, but for other reasons than flapping.
