Yep do between 5 and 10 km 4-6 days a week depending on what the day holds, I'll do 5 on a treadmill if I'm strapped for time and do a hill run in a national park at least once a week with someone who'll push me.

I don't like to run, I usually do 2-3 miles 3 times in a week.

Used to run everywhere. Getting lazy and big too now, so it's a pain moving.

It's to the point where I can't moderately run 100 feet without getting dizzy and drained.

Though it's funny I can squat my bodyweight for 8-10 reps x3 sets, and I leg press in the upper 300s for 5.

I got kinda into it a few years ago. I like trail running. But I had a health problem after running in a heat wave in 2007 so I wound up quitting. If my life ever calms down, I'm going to try to take it up again.

I went running today and was amazed at how far I went, how fast I ran and how effortless it seemed.

I absolutely love running. I usually do about 40-50 miles a week, less in the past couple weeks because I haven't had much time. I recently finished my last season of collegiate cross country and I'm running the Houston Marathon in January! :D

I started running in the summer, but only do it occasionally now I'm back at college, because I don't always have the time and energy. But I do need to do it more often.

I jog 2-3 miles every two days, sometimes less if I am sore from lifting. Ever since I began taking corticosteroids from a crazy bad asthma problem, I decided that I was going to kick corticosteroids and asthma in the ass. I started out being able to only run for 3 minutes when I began, doing 50 now.

I have been running most of my life. I completed my 10th Comrades Marathon in June this year, having done it in 1990 -1996 and then again since 2010. It is usually 89 km (down run) or 87 km (up run) and the start / finish alternates every year between Durban and Pietermaritzburg. It attracts about 18000 entries each year of whom about 15000 start on the day and around 12000 finish in the cut-off of 12 hours. I train a lot on my own althogh I do also run with a group at times, but don't socialise a lot as I am usually running a bit ahead or behind others and cannot keep the same pace with others the whole way, preferring to run my own way.

Running has helped me a lot with self confidence and mental strength, and I recommend anyone to carry on and break any limits they thought they had! Running round the block while still at school, I would never have dreamed that people can run what is the equivalent of 2 marathons plus a few extra km in a single day! Yet now I have the coveted Green Number.

I love to run , (well, jog), but I lost a bunch of weight and my energy was somewhat low to some of the weight loss being stress related. But, I still occasionally jog and at least walk. I went and bought ski pants today because I think it is going to be cold this winter and I am slowly acclimating to a colder climate. I hope to resume jogging soon or at least in a few months and want to get back into a regular jogging routine. It's good times.

I run every day. Normally about 5/6 miles but then one long run a week.15+ miles. Average 40 miles a week. Then do 3 or 4 gym sessions. Good result of asd and hyper activity!
