Well, as your English is better than my Siamese, im not going to reprimand you on the approach you gave! lol

There does seem that there is evidence to suggestion those on the spectrum are more susceptible to heart disease (to name one) probably due to prolonged stress amongst maybe other things. However i would maybe give it a little more than 20 years as an average! ;)... As far as Apergers goes, well thats an open book at the moment, depending on who will diagnose you, under DSM V it Autistic Spectrum Disorder, that is predominantly US based but used by Psychiatrists around the world.. ICD 10 Is international based and supported by WHO and still class Aspergers until a reviewal in i think 2017 ( please correct me if wrong :) ) There are many on the spectrum that are in their 80's and upwards, so i wouldn't worry too much unless you are feeling something unusual, then i would go and see a specialist :)

There is some evidence we might have slightly shorter lives but it depends. If your support networks are good, then you will have less stress, which contributes to illness a lot.

Otherwise the same advice applies as most people: eat healthy, exercise, blah blah.

There is no reason to believe that autism/aspergers has any effect on your (expected) lifespan; i don't know where you got the 20 years for autism from, but that number is unfounded at best.

It is true that those on the spectrum are more likely to get heart issues, but that is only due to the stress of 'fitting in', NTs with highly stressful jobs have the same risks. Having a good support network and ways to reduce your daily stress will make anyone on the spectrum live just as long as an NT (ignoring other unrelated issues, of course)

I think some Aspies live shorter lives than average because of medications they take. Us Apies do tend to have comorbid mental disorders that meds may help.

Not taking in the variables of overall health, genetic differences between people, stress management, weight, etc...A study recently came out where Aspies were said to live around 12 years less than NTs on average.
