How to make it past every road block and live to 100—
Age 25—don’t do drugs, and cross the street safely!
Age 45–don’t smoke!
Age 70–Eat healthy and exercise!
Age 90–Don’t fall down and break your hip; be graceful and watch where you’re going!
That’s it! You’ve made it to 100!

Is it really that simple? I thought of this myself and it seems like a good hypothesis

I think genetics has a lot to do with it too. I was watching a documentary about some of Britain's oldest people and one of them was a heavy smoker.

Eat healthy, exercise apply to your whole life! To help keep your biological age down. I'd bet keeping stress low and getting enough sleep are huge as well.

Simple but for some reason easier said than done :D
